Water
- Aerators & water-saving shower heads
- All toilet cisterns are fitted with a flush-stop button
- Washing machine rule (80 per cent capacity)
- Cleaning products: Sonett, BioClean (Remsgold), Frosch
Aim: In our garden, we use 100% natural substances such as vinegar and provide a water source for animals.

Objective: We are installing a heat recovery system that is directly connected to our heating system and the tumble dryers.
Waste
- Consistent waste sorting into glass, organic waste, paper, composites, batteries, etc. for many years.
- Preparing items correctly for recycling
- Reducing waste by using bulk containers as often as possible

Objective: We aim to reduce packaging material by 20 per cent.

Objective: We are switching our breakfast menu to organic cheese and organic sausage, as well as 100 per cent organic bread and organic rolls.

Gardens & Biodiversity
We have completely avoided using herbicides and pesticides for over 20 years. Through initiatives such as ‘Planegger ArtenReiche säen’, we promote biodiversity right on our doorstep. Our garden is home to a bat box and provides food for bees.
